Clicking any buttons below the "Your code here" box (except for [Args] and [Input]) prepends vertical space above the box, accumulatively.

Yes it is still present, and the reddit comment describes exactly what I see. I'm using Safari 9.0.2.

For clarity: _Every time_ "Edit" is pressed, more vertical space of about the height of the box is inserted above it. It goes on and on.

Bastiaan, can you confirm that the fix works? That is, please check this page:

and confirm that the issue doesn't occur there.
