Code generation for the bt instruction has quite some bugs. This is a tracker issue to have everything in one place.

There is only one issue left open, it is 18734, for which there is a PR.
Since there doesn't seem to be much to track anymore, closing this as MOVED.
Feel free to re-open if you have new items that you wanted to add to the list.
