maybe another almost empty files exists, but probably when u will fix this one u fix and others too

I checked offline documentation for 2.088.beta1 (win/zip, mac/lnx/tar)
page core_simd.html was generated 3 oct
and page is almost empty

so question is:
why online documentation is more fulfil than offline?

please generate offline docs from same source as online
