use command of: dub
get error info:
Failed to extract zip archive for libasync 0.8.4...

This seems to be an issue of the current dub package or your development environment, not dmd or any other D component.

Feel free to reopen if you have further information that suggest an error in dmd/druntime/phobos/... .
