Related to the new x86_64 windows version of DMD:

A x86_64 version of dustmite needs to be placed in folder bin64.
Currently dub (x86_64) is failing for command `dub dustmite` because
it searches for dustmite executable in bin64.

That's a problem with the windows installer.
