As of the last week or so, all files that I have tried to download from https://dlang.org/download.html are empty files (size 0). For example, https://s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/downloads.dlang.org/releases/2.x/2.095.0/dmd_2.095.0-0_amd64.deb downloads an empty file.
