The attached zip contains improved linux.mak, etc/c/zlib/linux.mak and internal/gc/linux.mak. Maintenance should be much easier now and building Phobos on mixed 64bit/32bit systems is supported.

Bugs in Phobos are marked that had to be side stepped are marked by "%%".

Closing this since it is horribly obsolete. The most important issues addressed by the patch were fixed in DMD0.166; others have been fixed since then. Not worth spending any more time on.
