Patch against DMD 1.x branch r215

The header mars.h is looked for in a non existent directory named "mars".

Attached is a patch that fixes the include to use the mars.h header in the base
directory.

You can apply the patch using:
$ patch -p2 < 0001-Use-the-right-path-for-mars.h.patch
in the src directory.
